In the event that these unpleasant inconveniences should occur, MSM STUDIO reserves the right to no longer accept cash on delivery payments from the same customer. Therefore, from this moment on, you will be able to order exclusively by paying in advance with PayPal, postepay or bank transfer.
⚠️ What happens if I don't enter the house number or enter the wrong one ?
If you forgot to enter the house number in your address or entered it incorrectly, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible at 3454347235 or by email at info@salvatoremazzarella.it. We remind you that, if the house number is not entered, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery.
⚠️ What if I don't receive my package on time?
If 7 working days have passed and you still have not received your purchase, check the order tracking code on the shipping portal (GLS Italy). For any problem contact us on whatsapp customer service at 3454347235 or send us an email at info@salvatoremazzarella.it, specifying your name, surname and order number. In the subject of the email specify "Order Not Received" and we will try to do our best to help you! In the rare cases in which packages are lost, a second order will be sent at our expense.
