RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event that the item is not compliant, the costs will be borne by Msm Studio . Msm Studio refunds the entire purchase amount only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are not compliant or defective. Msm Studio will ask the customer to send via email photos of the item received highlighting its defect/non-conformity. 🤝
“ I don't like it ”, “ I don't like it ”, “ the colour is slightly different from the photo ” etc. are not considered sufficient evidence for a refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations. 🔍
Only a small number of items include a recommendation in the description to buy one or two sizes larger than your own. Please take this factor into consideration to avoid the impossibility of making a size change.
Msm Studio will evaluate each case individually and decide from time to time whether to give the customer the opportunity to return the item, at his/her expense, to the address of origin of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by Msm Studio , and to agree to the issue of a credit equal to the purchase amount, offering the possibility of exchanging goods. 📍
Please note that the refund due, equal to the cost of the items purchased excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery costs, will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package at our offices.
For both returns and size changes, the item must be returned in perfect condition, which includes the original packaging/case and label, must not be washed, worn, free of odors/perfumes or damaged in any way. The items must be packaged appropriately with the same packaging received or alternatively with similar packaging that is compliant with the transport of the same. If at least one of the points listed above is not respected, Msm Studio reserves the right not to accept any return/size change request. ⛔️
The Company informs its dear Customers that during periods of heavy discounts, such as sales of up to 70%, it will not make exchanges or returns .
An exception will be made for defective items which will be replaced.
How do I return an item? 😥

- Or send a message via whatsapp to the number 3533607652 providing the order number or name.
- Our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible to solve the problem ;
- You will be provided with a return address;
- You will be contacted again by our customer service as soon as the package is received to find the best solution together;
- It usually takes 3 to 4 days to receive your return at the warehouse where the goods originated.
